<p>Durante tres meses,133 participantes de distintos sectores, como inmobiliario, hospitalario, manufactura, alimentos y bebidas, call center, hotelería, plásticos, construcción, outsourcing y financiero; adquirieron herramientas para fortalecer la cultura de servicio en sus organizaciones.</p>



<p>El diplomado incluyó siete módulos que guiaron a los participantes desde adentrarse a la cultura IRTRA hasta fidelizar a sus equipos y desarrollar un liderazgo transformacional. Cada módulo ofreció técnicas y estrategias aplicables, con un enfoque en generar resultados de excelencia en la atención al cliente, en la gestión del personal y en la planificación y control de procesos dentro de las empresas.</p>

Esto se traduce en organizaciones capaces de ofrecer experiencias diferenciadas y resultados consistentes que fortalecen la competitividad&nbsp;del&nbsp;país.</p>

<p>“Este diplomado es un ejemplo de cómo la colaboración entre la experiencia de IRTRA y la visión formativa de Cámara de Industria puede elevar los estándares de servicio en todo el país. Es alentador ver que los participantes aplican estas enseñanzas, fortaleciendo la cultura organizacional y contribuyendo al desarrollo competitivo de Guatemala”, expresó Enrique Font, presidente de CIG.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Se viene la sexta edición</h4>



<p>Durante el primer semestre de 2026 se impartirá nuevamente este diplomado, abriendo la oportunidad a más profesionales y organizaciones de adoptar la filosofía de servicio que ha hecho de IRTRA un referente en Guatemala y de replicar estos estándares de excelencia en diversos sectores productivos del país.</p>



<p>CIG e IRTRA extienden su agradecimiento a cada uno de los participantes de esta cohorte. Ambas instituciones reconocen la importancia de invertir en el desarrollo profesional de los trabajadores, lo que se traduce en un impacto positivo tanto en el bienestar individual como en la productividad de las empresas.</p>
